Successfully managed the selection, implementation, training, and testing for a new process automation tool. Led the team in manually transferring 100+ processes and 2,000+ rules on time and under budget.

Implemented cash flow models with moving assumptions and multiple variables to analyze management company scenarios, delivering clarity and providing planning options.
BUDGET
Created $10m & Consolidated Corporate budget including departmental budgets, consolidated cash flow, corporate overhead allocations, and detailed schedules for revenue and expense.

Implemented automated processes for a restaurateur to streamline time-tracking, payroll processing, and cash processes, saving the owner 10-15 hours per month.
